How can we make your life easier?
Registering on oxbowsa.co.za is easy. To get started you’ll need an email address and at least one contact telephone number.
You’ll also be asked to create a unique five-character password to keep your account safe. Make sure it’s memorable and not one you’ve ever used on any other website before.

From the top of any takealot.com page, go to My Account and click on Account Details in your Customer Information section, then simply complete the Change your Password fields and click Save Changes.
Don’t worry, we’ll help you create a new one. On our log-in page, click on the link next to ‘Forgot your password?’.
Enter your account email address and we’ll then email you instructions to your account email address on how to create a new password.
Yes, but only for as long as you have an account with us, you can also at any stage request us to remove your information from the website database by emailing supplies@oxbowsa.co.za .
