Our company had excellent service from the representative (Jenna-Lee) who consulted with us to determine our needs. We are a small company but no question we had or visit they had to do to was to much for them. When we needed training and had queries regarding the set-up they immediately arranged support and followed up afterwards to determine whether our queries were resolved. We have experienced all staff of OXBOWSA to be extremely professional and very friendly and that goes a long way.

I have used Oxbox for my business printing needs, for the last couple of years. I find their pricing to be really competitive and their service delivery is excellent (really important for me to stay printing). I would highly recommend them.
Great overall experience with Oxbow and our account manager. Second printer contracts with Oxbow for new Xerox printers. The printers themselves are great - tons of features and easy to use/setup. The contract process itself is lengthy, but they provide great support to the entire process. After-sales service has been good over the past 3 years!
Seamless application process, and great support. Brandon's constant following up addressing issues as they arise, was a refreshing change from other service providers. Great installation - Gerswin is really so helpful and pleasant to deal with. It was nice to be remembered a day or two later when I had a query and I didn't have to go through the entire process of identifying myself and explaining my problem.
I ordered a new printer with a full service level agreement and everything went amazingly, not only was the sign up process very simple Oxbow came to me with all the documentation and delivered everything on time. They then had two different technicians come to my business and help me setup the printer so that the printing was seamless. Their staff including call centre staff is very friendly and knowledgable andI hope they keep it up!
Getting in touch with OXBOW to assist us in making our office administration runs flawlessly was the best thing that Jacks dive chest could do. Just spoke to 'Daylon' at Oxbow and explained my situation about how much i need a toner asap as i did not receive a notification that my toner needs replacing, he explained why etc. i then asked him to please send my new toner asap as i need it and use my printer all day, and 'HE MADE IT HAPPEN' inquiring about delivery today etc!!! Well done and thank you again Daylon!
