I entered the Voice sector because a mentor within the industry recognised my natural inclination for communication and encouraged me to pursue it. More recently, my current mentor, Morne, has challenged me to secure higher certifications and step into a more significant leadership role in this field. I’ve taken these challenges as an opportunity to raise my own professional standards and make sure I’m always expanding my expertise.

What makes the Oxbow Telecoms department work better than other operations I have been involved in is the accountability and teamwork running through it. It’s far easier to perform at a high level when everyone knows exactly what their role is and takes full ownership of it, with no gaps left for someone else to cover. That kind of collective reliability is what lets us deliver consistent results time after time, and it’s the reason clients know they can count on us every single time.
