I grew up watching my father’s work ethic, and I’ve spent my whole career building up a reputation that lives up to the same hype. I hold myself to high standards because quality isn’t something I can switch off, it’s a personal requirement, and anything less just doesn’t sit right with me. Delivering on those expectations is how I honour the example he set, and it’s the same standard that keeps pushing me to grow as a leader rather than settle for where I am.

I’m fortunate to lead a team that genuinely enjoys what they do and still delivers at a high level every time. We get the most out of the work when we can put a communication solution in front of a client that solves a real problem they’ve been wrestling with. Seeing our work directly lift another company’s performance is, without question, the most rewarding part of the job, and it’s what keeps the whole team invested.
