Growing up, my father installed very strong values of honesty and accountability into myself and my siblings. From Day 1 I have lived my life by the rules of showing up and simply being honest in what I do. These values have since proven themselves as they lay the foundation for the entire Oxbow Family. I find being honest with yourself and other is the only way to truly improve your self worth.

Since joining around 2011 it has been incredible to see how the company culture here has exploded into a environment that fosters good, honest business and has genuinely changed our staffs lives. The satisfaction of curating an environment where everyone actively chooses self improvement is my biggest achievement for the organisation.
