Everything I do here comes back to one concept, holding myself to a standard I refuse to lower. I learned early, in part from Wayne, our Omega Franchise Director, that honesty and humility are essential traits for effective leadership. Moreover these are things you prove in how you work and how you treat people. I’ve built my own approach on exactly that. It drives how I lead, how I deliver, and what I expect of myself and my team every day.

What makes Omega work is the people. We’re aligned on what matters, we challenge each other to get better, and we stay positive under pressure. When things get tough, there’s no one else I’d rather have in the room. That trust, that work ethic, and that energy are what set us apart.
