Growing up, I watched my father build a business from our family garage into a fully-fledged corporate operation. That experience taught me early on what self-belief and integrity look like in practice. Inspired by his tenacity, I set out to build my own career in sales, and I haven’t looked back.

I build teams around two things: drive and direction. Individual motivation matters, but what I look for is people who can channel that into something collective. When a team is genuinely aligned, on goals, on standards, on how they show up every day, the results follow. That’s what I work toward, and it’s what I hold this department to.
