My work ethic was shaped by two people I respect enormously: my brother and our MD, Brett. Watching how they operate taught me that commitment to excellence isn’t a phrase you put on a slide. It’s something you demonstrate every day. I carry that into how I lead: hold the standard, do the work, and the results take care of themselves.
