Being one of the juniors within our ranks, my biggest inspiration is witnessing and learning from the experience within the group. Watching the people around you putting in 110% effort is extremely motivating and one the reasons I feel capable of pushing myself to 120%. This job and Oxbow as a company have shown me how hard work does not go unnoticed and when you work for something hard enough there is nothing that can stop you from achieving it.

The strongest thing about this department, that I’m sure most of us will agree on, is the mutual dependability we have. Across the team, we have technical certifications in every major Device supplier, so there is never a time when a problem can be solved. These differences in niche expertise offer great creative problem solving techniques that can be transferred into other repairs. If I can’t fix the problem I know for a fact my team will, and this surety makes our job very effective.
