The most valuable lessons I’ve ever learned came to me when I was well beyond what felt comfortable. That tension is where real growth lives. I keep pushing, not because it comes easily, but because every limit I move past shows me a stronger version of what I’m capable of.

 The Sigma team has been deliberately selected so every person here brings something the others don’t, and that mix is exactly the point. It means whatever a client puts in front of us, someone on this team has the strength to meet it. Over time we have become more than colleagues. We lean on each other when it counts, we cover for each other without being asked, and we take real pride in delivering for the people who rely on us. That is the culture I am proud to lead, and it is the reason I would back this team against anything.
