While I have been fortunate to have strong mentors, much of my drive is internal. I have seen first-hand how far self-belief and a disciplined work ethic can take a person, and that realisation fuels me to push even further. Observing my own progress serves as a constant reminder that our potential is only limited by the standards we set for ourselves.
