How do i log a return?
What do i do if the item i received is not what i ordered?
Please make a note on the delivery note and return the item/items with our driver. Please also scan and email a copy of the delivery note to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be in contact and make a plan asap for you.
What do i do if my item is faulty or damaged?
Email email@example.com with the copy of the invoice within 7 working days of the order received.
